Christine O'Donnell got the most press coverage of any candidate this election season, but the media spotlight didn't help the Tea Party darling pull through to victory. O'Donnell lost the race for the Delaware Senate by a landslide, as her opponent, Democrat Chris Coons , easily sailed to victory. Coons netted 57 percent of the vote with 98 percent of the precincts reporting, while O'Donnell got only 40 percent.
