‘Song of Myself’: A Poem by Walt Whitman – Interesting Literature
Remember when it would take a probing question about economic policy or whether we should keep or ditch our nukes to stump a politician? Not anymore. Now the political class is flummoxed, struck almost dumb, by a far simpler query: What is a woman? It used to take a minute televisual grilling by Jeremy Paxman or Andrew Neil on failed policies, broken promises and sex scandals to take the wind out of our political leaders — now it just takes a simple question about biology that most five-year-olds could answer.
Last month, Brian who asked we not use his last name woke up in the middle of the night to the feeling of his dick hardening in his boxers. He could vaguely feel its outline as it tightened, becoming more erect, as his wife lay sleeping next to him. Could this be a dream? But, almost instantly, the optimism of that latter possibility came crashing down.
Would you rather, but make it sexy. Add in a sexual twist, and who knows what could happen? You can learn a whole lot about a person by the choices they make in this game. I personally find it especially telling when a person follows up with a need for elaborate context.
