Post a Comment. Self-taught cartoonist and illustrator, Rick Stromoski , was born in He grew up in a family of 12 kids, giving him plenty of fodder for his career as a cartoonist. His humorous illustrations have appeared in national magazines, children's and humor books, licensed products, newspapers, network television and national advertising campaigns. His work for greeting card companies such as Paper Moon, Recycled Paper Greetings and Renaissance Greetings, won him four Louie Awards for outstanding greeting card design and the Reuben division award for best greeting cards twice. The Beyonder created by Jim Shooter and Mike Zeck first appeared in Secret Wars 1 in as an unseen, self-proclaimed omnipotent being who kidnapped the heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe and had them do battle on another planet called Battleworld. The character later appeared in a more antagonistic role in the sequel Secret Wars II, in which he took human form, and threatened to destroy the Marvel multiverse. Although he first took on a physical, humanoid form in Secret Wars II 2, it was in Secret Wars II 3 that he took on the preferred form which he used for the rest of his existence, that of a human male with curly black hair and a bit of a millet.




Superman's black suit was first revealed during "JusticeCon," and as happy as fans were to see that, the resurrected hero doesn't have his mullet or beard! That's something we've obviously seen in the comic books many times, and the mullet, specifically, was part of the Man of Steel's look when he rose after being killed by Doomsday in the 90s. It's hard, it's hard to make it look badass. A mullet, on the other hand, is potentially a rather silly look for the character, so Snyder's comments make sense.
